The new terminal offers visitors world-class services. It is efficient in handling customs with streamlined immigration and other procedures coordinated by the foreign affairs. The other features include duty-free outlets, ATMs, VIP business centers and much more. The terminal also offers police and shipping agents. The terminal boasts of seven lakh square meters of the car park which can accommodate thirty-six buses and one hundred and fifty taxis exclusive of private car park facilities and employee/visitor vehicle parking facilities. The cruise terminals also include bicycle and electric car parking along with charging facilities
